Shortly after his graduation from ACAD (now Alberta University of the Arts), Dave opened his own design firm – Hill, Miller & Hutchins Communications – specializing in corporate image development, advertising and marketing for a diverse roster of clients. Soon they were attracting more real estate builders and developers. Dave was intrigued and he began focusing his energy on the real estate industry.
With a solid understanding of the real estate process, he acquired his Mortgage Broker license and joined Westcor Mortgage where he gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of financing. He moved to Jencor Mortgage as a mortgage advisor, then through a merger, joined the team at Mortgage Connection.
